Subpages Extended is a free WordPress plugin to easily list subpages navigations on your top pages. It has both widget and shortcode support. To get more information about Subpages Extended, please visit plugin page.

You can either enter a name for the widget or select the “Use page title as widget title” option to use the parent page’s title. What is a parent? It is the page you are listing subpages of.

The parent is the page you want to list subpages of. There are two relative options starting with stars. You can list subpages of the current page or subpages of the current page’s parent. Or you can list subpages of any page you wish. It is all in the drop-down selector.

Using this text box, you can exclude pages from the list. You need to use page IDs, separated by commas like 2,3,36. If you don’t know how to find page IDs, see it here: How to Find the ID of a Page in WordPress.

You can list only the top pages by entering “1” here. Using “-1” will display all subpages. Or you can use any number you like.
